Chinmaya Vidyalaya Taliparamba is a unit of Chinmaya Mission Educational and Cultural Trust, Cannore (C.M.E.C.T.). It is a threshold to the temple of holistic development under the celestial presence of H.H.Swami Chinmayananda. An abode of learning in a serene atmosphere where one is welcomed by the holy shrine under the Peeple tree which gives an aura of sanctity.
The Chinmaya institutions are governed by CCMT Education Cell and are built on the foundation of the Chinamaya Vision Programme (C.V.P), which is meant for Knowledge, Brotherhood, Spirituality and Patriotism.
The Vidyalaya was started in 1987 with a handful of children in L.K.G. and U.K.G. Now it is a full-fledged senior secondary school affiliated to CBSE, with Senior Secondary classes in the Science, Computer Science and Commerce streams.
